Eligibility Requirements
While the Military Appreciation program offers no cash value, it is good for a $500 cash bonus that active duty military members, including disabled veterans, spouse and children, can take advantage. In order to be eligible you must be:
- A currently enlisted member or reservist
- A veteran or retiree within two years of retirement or separation from the military
Military is defined as one of the following branches:
- Air Force
- Army
- Coast Guard
- Marines
- National Guard
- Navy
Military Appreciation Bonus Cash may be combined with public offers, including lease offers, customer cash back, and APR incentives/offers. Customers may combine with Participating Lender Lease Loyalty Reward or Mazda Loyatly Reward. Additional private incentives must specify combination with Military Appreciation Bonus Cash.
Proof of Eligibility
In order to take advantage of the Mazda Military Appreciation Bonus Cash Program, you must present your current driver's license along with proof of your eligibility. Examples of acceptable proof include:
- A copy of your Leave and Earnings Statement
- Veterans/Retiree "DD-214" Form
- Delayed Entry/Enlistment (DEP) Form
