Lease Returns

Are you approaching the end of your lease? Now that your lease is almost up, you may be wondering what's next. It's a good idea to start thinking about your lease-end choices, especially if you have 6 months or less remaining in your lease. At Team Mazda we can assist you in making the decision that's right for you, as there are several options for you to choose from.

Option 1: Lease Turn-In

At lease maturity, bring your vehicle to Team Mazda and trade it in for a new one, buy your existing leased Mazda or return the vehicle.

Option 2: Purchase

If you'd like to keep driving your leased Mazda, call (225) 900-7615 and a Team Mazda representative will tell you how you can purchase your vehicle.

Option 3: Lease Extension

Contact Team Mazda to learn how you can extend your current Mazda lease while you wait to upgrade to the newest model or choose another vehicle altogether.

Assess the Condition of Your Vehicle

Forty-five (45) days before your lease maturity date, you can schedule a courtesy pre-inspection of your leased vehicle. You can request a pre-inspection at any point if you plan to turn-in early, but be aware that a pre-inspection will expire after 60 days. (Pre-inspections are offered if you leased your Mazda in any state except New Hampshire or Wisconsin.)

This pre-inspection will provide:

• A thorough evaluation of the wear and use on your vehicle so you can anticipate potential lease-end charges.
• A condition report that details any wear and use items that you may be billed for at lease-end. The condition report is not a bill and won't show any amounts.
• Call Team Mazda or fill out the below form to schedule a courtesy pre-inspection.
